Hi! My name is Lynette and I'm determined to get to my goal weight. Back in 2010 I had a lapband put in. However because of several surgeries, bouts of gastritis, ulcers and other health problems. I have yet to reach my goal. I started out 250 and my goal is 150. I'm getting so close! One thing I've learned while losing weight is that there is no magic pill. Even with the lapband I have to work hard at losing my weight. It's a struggle, a hard one but the results are so rewarding! One thing I know I need to work on is being consistent and eating right. I came back to the site after being gone for over a year so I can log everything and hopefully stick to it to lose my last 20 or so pounds! I've had success with the site before so I'm hoping it wil work it's magic again!

A little about me: I'm 39 yrs old with no kids,(yet) not married (yet) no boyfriend (I could go on and on with this one lol) but I do have 2 dogs, a terrier mix and a beagle mix that keeps me on my toes. I teach dance at a loacal dance studio. I teach musical theater and the kids are a blast! I've been with the studio now for 30+ years so you're safe to say that I love to dance,

One thing that has gotten in the way of me losing weight and is a constant struggle for me is my health issues. I have interstitial cystitis, chronic pelvic pain, 2 bulging disc one in my lower back with nerve damage and the other in my upper back with slight degeneration, and I have a history of endometriosis. I've had 20 surgeries. But I keep pushing through and I know that when I reach my goal it will be even more rewarding.

My Goals:
My main goal is to get 150 lbs. Smaller goals: Drink more water, tone up, get into a daily routine,, log ineveryday, journal everyday.

My Program:
When the weather is nice I walk in the mornings and in the evening. Once it turns cold, I will move my workouts to the gym, I will also be drinkiing protein shakes, eating lots protein and making sure I eat breakfast and that I don't eat at night.
