Lifestyle change needed


I'm 50 & I joined sparkpeople in 2010. I have been yo-yo dieting. I have been using the 17Day Diet since June 21,2016 & I am a lifetime member with Weight Watchers far from goal but am determined to get back there.
I'm 50 & I joined sparkpeople in 2010. I have been yo-yo dieting. I have been using the 17Day Diet since June 21,2016 & I am a lifetime member with Weight Watchers far from goal but am determined to get back there.

Fitness Minutes: 3,193

My Goals:
Continue to move forward each day and exercise at least 10 minutes everyday. Stick with sparkpeople and continue to attend TOPS meetings

My Program:
 17 Day Diet ,TOPS meeting and Sparkpeople


Personal Information:
I'm a Licensed Practical Nurse & I work full time at a nursing home doing 12 hr shifts. I have a new grandaughter who is 7 months old. I have been home with my husband for the past 6 months as he nearly died from liver failure in January. He is doing much better now; he attends AA meetings twice a week & I will be returning to work on August 21st.
