My Program:
 I want to GREATLY reduce my soda intake and increase my water intake.

I am making sure to take at least 10,000 steps a day.

I will do my workout video at least 3x/wk

I'm married, but my hubby travels for work a lot.

We have 2 kids, 1 dog, 1 cat
