I'm not really sure what to write. I want to lose weight just like everybody else. I want to be able to bend over and tie my shoes without having to hold my breath. I want to be able to exercise without all the pain in my knees and ankle. I want to be able to walk past a mirror without cringing.

UPDATE: Doing pretty good bending over, knees hurt a little, but not like they did before, but that darn mirror still scares me. LOL

Friends are those rare people who ask how you are & then wait to hear the answer ! ! !

When you've eaten too much and you can't write it down,
And you feel like the biggest failure in town.

But, often the struggler's, when loosing their grip,
Just throw in the towel and continue to slip.
And learn too late when the damage is done,
that the race wasn't over...they still could have won.
Lifestyle change can be awkward and slow,
but facing each challenge will help you grow.

I'm doing 30-45 min. of cardio 6 days a week and 20-30 min. of strength training 3 days a week..
