Nothing is as good as being at goal and healthy


All my life I have been up and down in weight I want to finally be able to maintain a healthy and fit body ,. Don't want any binges just want to be able to eat in moderation at the end of the journey.

 My Favorite movie is Focus with Will Smith. One little bump in the road has gotten me off track. My mind had gotten off the goal..NO MORE!!!
