    You're right about the constant tweaking. Like riding a bike, I have to learn to balance! I, too, have gone below my goal and don't really feel the need to gain weight. I can see lots of tweaking ahead...

    After I got into my normal BMI range, I let go of any notion of a goal weight. In fact, I didn't really have one before, but I suspected that my weight would drop into the normal range. Now I have goal habits. If they take me lower, and so far they have, so be it. If they don't, ditto. I saw no reason to official change my goal weight when I lost more, though the Spark ticker doesn't allow me to differentiate. I'm not going to change anything for the purpose of weight loss, only for greater vitality.
