Learning to take care of myself!

I've always admired runners, so I'm starting to follow the couch-to-5k: learning to run podcast. It's great for me and my puppy!

~Running... starting from the couch and aiming for 5K - wish me luck!

~Weight loss of 30kg

~healthy balanced lifestyle

~8 glasses of water a day

~8 hours of sleep a night

I'm from Australia and love the summer, people, laughter and singing in the shower.
