I'm starting a journal, not just for my food and exercse, but forwhatever comes to mind. I want to document this journey because I know it will be a life-changing one!

I've started now eating smaller meals more often. I bought some healthy stuff-salad, fruit, wheat bread, etc and brought it to work so it's already there and I have no excuse for fast food during the day! :) I've cut the added sugar out of my coffee/tea/etc, so there goes an easy 300 cals from my day!

I've seen some others post their projected 1lb/2lb weight losses on their sparkpage, and I like the idea of falling into that range every month, so thanks for the great idea, guys!!

Take it easy. Do what I can, every day. If I eat the wrong things or don't workout one day, try to remember that it doesn't have to derail my entire effort.
