Finally ready to change!


Hi im Laura. I am starting a new heathly lifestyle :) I have struggled with my weight my entire life, the last time I didnt worry about my weight was when I was five. I have had some successes and setbacks, including a couple stints of atkins which were terrible because i ballooned up after I fell off the no carb train. I did great on SP around 2008 but ended up not sticking with it through college. Now my husband and I want to have kids and I know I need to get my body in better shape ...

    I completely agree with you. It is hard for me because I live 900 miles away from my family, and havent really made a lot of friends where I am and I feel like there arent a lot of people who understand or are completely supportive of me. I think this is a great site, and I feel like even though people dont live by me everyone is working toward a common goal, and there is so much support here and so many people, it really is a wonderful thing.
