Introduction Text I am a mother of 5 and a grandmother of 13. I have always been overweight My highest weight was 215 lbs. I have lost weight and always gained it back. This time I want to lose 52 lbs and learn how to keep it off. I can use all the help that I can get. I need the support to keep on track. I am now a grandmother of 15 and number 16 is on the way. I am trying to cut out all sugar,some carbs like bread, and eating more fish and lean protein. I am trying to exercise more even though it is not my favorite thing to do. The most important item is that I have asked God to come back into my life. He is a very important piece of it and I forgot that.

1st goal: to lose a pound a week 2nd goal: cut out all sugar and 0 calorie sugar altogether 3rd goal:want to lose 40 lbs by 4-1-14

1.Have God in the forfront of my life. 2: eat more fish and protein 3:learn to love exercise 4:learn new things for a sharper mind

I have just moved to Hagerstown,MD in February of this year. I do most of my exercising at home(can't afford a gym). I now have 15 grandchildren and #16 on the way. I am just starting to go back to church and just started to read the Bible.

I love to read(something I learned from my dad at an early age). I crochet and plan to learn to knit(My mom tried to teach me when I was learning to crochet but I always had holes in the items). I love to go to flea markets and garage sales especially with my mom. I love to walk. I like to do craftsy things.
