    Hi, thanks for commenting on my blog. You would think you get that exercise, but I'm not on jobs all day long. When I am maybe once or twice a day, yes, I sweat very badly. Once I threw up it was so hot.

    However my mornings start around 5:30 am and in the office. Then a job or two, but a lot of that too is sitting in the truck.

    When I worked as a sous chef in a kitchen 8 to 9 hours a day, I was constantly on my feet and doing stuff. running around, prepping etc. I stayed 145 to 155. Since loosing that, I gained so much weight.

    Thank you for your comment on my blog. Blue Spring State park is in Orange City Florida. Very lovely. One thing about Florida, we do have lovely parks. Lots of Springs.
