Hi! I just turned forty and I am tired of the yoyo syndrome I'm experiencing. I want to lose weight now because my husband and I want to go on a cruise. We didn't take a trip for our honeymoon, so we want to celebrate our five year anniversary away from the kids. My goal is to lose 72 pounds by the end of the Summer.
