1/09
goals:
1. Record food and exercise consistently
2. Complete bootcamp successfully
3. Get my 8 glasses of water 5 days per week
4. Lose 5 lbs in Jan
8/08 I would very much like to be more comfortable in my clothes as things are starting to get tight and I do not want to buy a bigger size!
My Program:
I have been successful in the past by eating 5 small meals per day (a carb and low fat protein) and exercising regularly. I need to get back to being more consistent with this.
