Hello, I am back with hopes that, this time, things will be better. I have been gone for awhile. I have been up and down on this journey to lose weight and very frustrated. There have been many challenges in my life, but I have not given up I left Snap Fitness and joined the YMCA with a friend and my husband which I like better.. Hello, I am back with hopes that, this time, things will be better. I have been gone for awhile. I have been up and down on this journey to lose weight and very frustrated. There have been many challenges in my life, but I have not given up I left Snap Fitness and joined the YMCA with a friend and my husband which I like better.. Spring is my favorite season when everything is new and fresh. I also love sitting on my porch in the summer evenings, just listening to the sounds of the night and feel the soft evening breezes as the day winds down, with my husband. My goals are to stay as healthy as I can, so that I can enjoy whatever time I have left in life.

My Goals:
My goals are to live a healthier lifestyle, lose weight, and exercise, My desire is to get away from meds, or at least be able to cut back on them.Keep my sugar and cholestrol at a healthy level.
My Program:
I have joined the YMCA. I do the treadmill and light weights for strength,I spend 10 to 15 minutes on the treadmill and I do 10 to 15 reps with 25 to 35 lbs weights on the weight machines. I try to stay with 3 to 5 days of exercise plus I walk everyday.

I am from Ohio. My email address is: mistydawn@neo.rr.com. My first husband passed on in March of 05. I remarried in 09.
Other Information:
Reading , working puzzles, meeting new people,traveling, cooking healthy, I am an animal lover. I also write.
