My goal is just to be better than I was. Which shouldn't be too hard as I was very, very bad. Currently shooting for 173 on March 27, 2010.

* No low fat or no fat food * No diet food * No artificial sweetners * No off limit foods * No second helpings * 3 meals and 2 snacks max per day * No eating after 8 p.m. * Around 1600 calories 5 days a week * Around 1900 calories 2 days a week (not in a row) * No eating in the car * No eating from the container * 8 glasses of water per day * Fruits/veggies every day
