So it started kinda great in March of this year, then I lapsed, then I lost some, now it's back on ..... scccrrraaattcchhhh.....quit that broken record baby!!! I've got me an amazing Sottero & Midgley number to get into in 165 days (not that I'm counting or anyfink!) and I WILL be a HOT bride, but it's gonna be longterm too! I want to be a SMOKIN Mrs for life! That means looking after myself, in body AND mind and getting ready for the next amazing path of my life, quitting the hang-ups and LOVING myself again. I want more babies, well, baby (don't get ahead of yourself girl!) Loladahling is getting all grown up, knuckling down and getting fit and healthy, come join me!!! Xxxxxxx

First time around....
Helloooo!! sick of being the stereo-typical "yo yo" dieter I have decided to break free from that particular vicious cycle and just live to be me!! At 34 I'd say that I've spent most of my adult life on or off, or considering, some diet or other. Having managed to stabilise at around 148lbs for a year I then met my BF in May and things got outta control!! Don't get me wrong, its been fantastic cooking tonnes of lovely food and sharing many a bottle of wine and beer but the gym membership card must now be dusted off and put to good use - I hate that old saying about getting "comfortable" in a relationship - its only been 6 months!! So here begins my merry new life journey, cutting down on carbs and alcohol (meh!!) and getting out my trainers - hurrah!!

22/02 - 174lbs
01/03 - 168lbs
08/03 - 166lbs
change to a Friday
19/03 - 164 lbs
26/03 - 163.5 lbs
02/04 - 164 lbs - to be expected, infact I expected more so I know where I went wrong - suck it up!
12/04 - 171 lbs - have been stupid and not totally committed, so this is what happens - but the past has passed and its on it from here.
22/04 - 167 lbs - getting there!

My Program:
*Ban the DIET word!
*Cut back on carbs.
*Really try to cut out the demon alcohol.
*Drink more water!
*Increase excercise/activity levels drastically.

I am a married mum of 2 (inc my gorgeous 13 year old and a 3 year old adorable stepson) living in Devon, UK, working in car sales and trying hard to get my head around this healthy shizzle! xxx
