Thank you for spending the time to read my blog - I think having just put that blog together - the first time I have actually put the developing story together like that and now the penny has dropped - and I am beginning to realise what I have done!! So - I'm just a bit slow in the uptake!! LOL!!
However it has proved one thing to me – that if I can do it anyone can do it and you will find that the results are way beyond your wildest dreams!!

    Hi Linda,

Thanks for the comment! I just came back from a brunch at a restaurant that served, no kidding, the most enormous portions I have ever seen. My choice was enough for 2 people and other ones were enough for 3-4. It was too much! So going low carb, I had a plate with eggs (the menu said 2, but it was more like 3-4), meat, a little feta cheese and a pita. Had all the eggs, less than half the meat and feta, half of the pita with butter and a tiny smear of low sugar jam.

You'll probably encounter meals like this on your cruise but you can stick to your plan (whatever it is). I just listened to a podcast on the website "Living La Vida Low Carb" about the recent Low Carb Cruise and Jimmy Moore (it's his site) talked about going on a cruise and eating low carb. You would probably find it interesting!

Cruising to Alaska will be fantastic!!
