My oldest baby girl is getting a new insulin pump she has been diabetic since age 6, my middle baby girl has got to grow into her weight I took the family to SNAP at Marywood U help us to see the light now we are worken our way through the tunnel, its gonna be a long strange trip stay tuned for details . moving our feet and eaten healthy feeling GREAT

Well I am making permanent changes I can live with still trying new recipies and keeping up my spark page, walking every day and doing my strength traing 3 x per week. Also attending SNAP follow up meetings every 2 weeks

I like to ride my motercycle,hike with my dogs,tye flies for fishing and fly fishing salmon and steal head are my faviorite. Chincoteaque Va is my faviorite beach spot. Stevie Nicks is favorite female artist and Bob Weir is my main man, Love Jimmy Buffet Concerts and the Dead,Phil and friends Rat dog ,Little feat, and so many more
