I was looking at your weight loss and thinking you should check out the research on Set Points. Basically this Harvard researcher has said that we have a set point with our weight and they like to return there even after we have lost weight and that the best way to get our bodies to equalize at a lower weight is to lose 10% of your weight and then maintain that for six months.
