I am a 57 year old woman I work out daily and am always working on my diet. I have ragdoll cats a springer 6 hermit crabs and a great husband !! my husband and I have a small marina that we run I also have ms but try to do all I can. Some days are easier than others. But I try to be grateful I am still moving and not compare one day to the next.

My Goals:
my goals are to stay as healthy and active as I can for as long as I can. right now I am trying to bump up my weight lifting as I don't want to lose muscle
My Program:
I work out every day I do weight training every other day and aerobics (treadmill or elliptical) every day. I also have lots of dvds I do yoga and lots of different dvds to mix things up when my ms is bad I have to take it easier but always try to do something it helps to have exercise room in my house !!!!

I like to read I make fisherman knit sweaters for my family ( when ms allows) I crochet kitty blankets for the local shelter. I garden in the summer. my honey and I like to travel and go camping we have 2 grown boys w/ their own families I just took up horseback riding after many years, it's been great I really enjoy it
