I have struggled with my weight my entire life. I have been every size between a 4 and a 16. I finally lost weight and was able to maintain a size 4/6 for about 4 years. Unfortunately, I ended up gaining 50 pounds between last summer and early fall (due to a medication for a hormone imbalance, I was gaining 10+ pounds a month, and only stopped gaining once I went off the medication). Now, I am struggling to get the weight off. I have been eating clean, exercising, and following the 21 Day Fix since January and haven't lost one pound. Here's to hoping that by coming on Sparkpeople again, I can keep up my motivation, and eventually figure out what's preventing me from losing weight.

My Goals:
I want to fit and toned. I want to be able to comfortably be able to wear my size 6 jeans...it would be even better if I can fit into size 4s! I want to be confident enough to wear a bikini this summer for my trip to Vegas in July.


My Program:
* Eat more healthy (lots of fruits, veggies)

* 8 glasses of water a day

* Allow 1 splurge day a week where I can eat whatever I want (in moderation)

* Run on the treadmill for 30-60 minutes 5+ days a week

*Strength train 3 days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri)

*Do yoga once a week

*Weigh in every Saturday

I love running, yoga, the beach, the outdoors, camping, shopping, animals, and books. I absolutely love fashion and shoes. I'm a total book worm! I like all kinds of music, especially country. My favorite color is pink.
