Fitness Minutes: 19,555

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to maintain a size 8 at most major department stores.

My Program:
 I started out with biking then added strength training. When I hit my first plateau I started using the 30 Day Shred.
Jan '11: I am biking 30-40min 4-6 days a week and doing the SP 28day Boot Camp videos. (week 4 I amped up and did the videos twice)
