    workout THEN housework of course! You KNOW if you do housework first the workout won't get done! BTW you know I cleaned my house myself before Christmas, it took 9 hrs and I burned 3800 calories doing it!! And I didn't even get to the basement area, sheesh!

    ahh I am ok with my weight being shown.......it's more motivating for me. I'm in the early stages of finding out celiac, my bloodwork showed really high counts sooooo they refered me to a specialist,which will take forever probably so my doc suggested the diet, he said a false positive blood test is unusual, and since all the symptoms ofceliacs is basically the story of my life, It's been two weeks completely gluten free and I already see a difference with some symptoms. I know it will take time to repair damage already done, but I am showing signs of improvement so I must be headed in the right direction. these peanutbutter cookies are my down fall right now, and for more accurate calorie counts Scott thinks we should have a scale, even more so now that I have to balance the carbs and protien...another tip you really helped me with that made a difference in my afternoon crashes.... your good girl I think you missed your calling ! emoticon

    Yeah, protein is key, I truly believe that a good portion of the continent's obesity problem is because of the lack of protein in people's diets, it's crucial for balancing blood sugar, and hence insulin levels. I'm the first one to admit though, it's way way WAY easier and WAY yummier to reach for a carb, I struggle every single day because I really really LIKE carbs and protein, not so much.... I didn't know you were slacking off your workouts tho missy and I also didn't know you had celiac disease? Going gluten free for that reason is a good idea, you don't want to do long-term damage by ignoring it!

    You should share your food and fitness tracker, just for fun. How many calories a day are you getting? BTW you don't have to put your weight on your ticker - you can change it to pounds lost instead...

    thanx for the website tips... I can use all the help I can get.....Scott has been doing the same for me to hange our fav meals to gluten free....he doesn't want me making two meals all the time...no Lisa I don't weigh 374..... thanx I will change that !!! emoticon

    well this is the mountain I am climbing...I used to look at everything I ate and said ahhhhbut it taste soooo good, I was ok with extra pounds because of all my sinful treats....now I look at food and think what can I eat today...hence the over kill on peanut butter cookies as a treat... now they are the only thing in my kitchen I can bake and eat....although the boys are trying to consume them as fast as I make them....because of my health of course !!! by the end of the day I am too tired to try to find the healthy balance I just grab whatI know it gluten free......wow those peanut butter cookies are gluten free ! so I am high on carbs and low on protien.....go figure...it's like starting all over again.....the good thing is this website keeps track of the numbers for me and that I am greatful for emoticon
