I have been MIA for some time. Having a hard time working, kids, house, homework, bills, yada... yada... and still have time to come to the site and comment, track, etc... I was gungho the first two weeks and now, true to my pattern, I am tempted to leave it behind and turn back to my old ways. The honest truth. But, I am not judging myself (like I used to) so I think that is progress. I'll be back. I have to figure out how to balance it all. One interesting thing is I seem to have clarity, motivation, etc when I stay away from sugar (BUT IT'S SOOO HARD TO TOTALLY AVOID, ESPECIALLY W/KIDS!!!) so what I notice is when I get it back in my system, it's like my evil alter ego... I just start eating whatever I want, whenever I want and not always the best choices. I literally seem to change overnight in my thinking, energy, etc... hum...??? I am at a stage where understanding my patterns is helping me to try and break free of them, but sometimes, I think that's a mechanism too! How was your week???

I have done great. I have been doing Insanity with my 14 y/o. He helped me to push through it. I have completed two days now. I think I will be able to do this. I have eaten very well over the last week or so. Glad to hear the super bowl didn't kill you. If you fall off the horse you can always get back on. Good luck.
