I have an opportunity to practice healthy eating every time I eat. How do you get to Carnegie Hall? Practice, practice, practice.

My Goals:
Goals for the Winter 5% Challenge:
1. Yoga class at least 2 times per week
2. Get cardio up to 40 minutes per session
3. Continue with strength training
4. Stay within calorie range and avoid the sugar-fat-salt combo
5. Whole grains only
6. Successfully complete my first challenge!
My Program:
Eating no less than 1200 and no more than 1400 calories a day.
Eating clean, whole foods. Replacing processed flour and sugar with whole grains.
Avoiding the sugar/salt/fat combo.
Walking at least one mile at least 5 days per week.

If you fell down yesterday, stand up today.
