I joined October 23, 2016 and am ready to start my journey to having better control over what I eat and help my body feel its best! Weight left to lose: 25ish Original start weight oct 2016: 176 8-20-17: 155 (boo! Gained weight this summer having too much ice cream 😂) 11-15-17: 157. I have officially gained again and am back at losing this weight! I have 12lbs to go before being "normal" BMI and no longer overweight. 11/25/17: 156.8. Finally busted the 157 weight lol. I'll take it. Hoping this is the start of more coming off soon! I am on day 14 of Jillian Michael's videos. 12/8/17: 157. It sucks. Been working out and staying within range except for two days where I went over ~300-500 calories. Changing up my routine to see if it helps the scale budge! 12/19/17: 155.2. Finally broke the plateau! Hoping it continues to go down from here more easily again! 12/24/17: 154. Really hoping to not gain over the week due to being at in laws! Merry Christmas - wish I had made it to my 150 goal but I'll take it! 1/14/18: 153.3. I guess I am on the "lose not even a LB a month" club 🙄 I don't feel like I'm doing anything wrong so I don't know. I'll just keep at it and hope I start to lose more quickly one of these days!

My Goals:
I need to get back to my idea weight! I have had some health issues get me off-track and am finally ready to tackle this and feel better again!


My Program:
I use Jillian Michaels videos, keep to 1200-1500 calories a day, I walk and ride bike as well. I also use doTERRA products to help, such as Slim & Sassy products and oils to make my water taste great!
