    lol....my workout routine is actually...kinda still a joke.

    I havent quite gotten disciplined enough....

    Last week was to eat better
    This week is to add water
    Next week is to do some kind of working out......

    Thats usually the week I dont do well...I absolutely despise working out...but I AM going to do it this time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I exercise, count calories and get at least the minimun amount recommended from each food group. I also switched to whole wheat instead of white.
    10 pounds in a month is great! It took me awhile to actually feel a difference, but you will get there. I started out with 10 pounds a month, then it went to 5 pounds, and now it's around 3 pounds a month. The more you lose, the harder it gets, and you burn less calories because you have less weight to move around.

    I haven't tried that workout. I think it helps to enjoy the workout you are doing. I started with Turbo Jam because it works, but the music makes it fun. After a few months I moved on to Chalean Extreme, then an array of dvd's and now I am doing P90 Master Series. Also, think of what you will do next. I am going to do Insanity next. You also need to increase the level or length of workout as you lose weight.
    It took me one year exactly to lose 90 pounds, so 80-90 pounds by July should be manageable.
