    HI and welcome. So glad you are here to make a change! You are NOT a failure! Your diet is the FAILURE! Get familiar with everything and join some teams. Teams are good for motivation, support and accountability. You have no reason to be embarrassed, you have just learned what many people still haven't, diets don't work, living healthy, eating healthy those are what work!! In stead of hating yourself look in the mirror and tell yourself your changing because YOU ARE WORTH IT!!! Good luck, on your journey!
