Introduction Text Hi there! I was a member of sparkpeople back when I was in highschool. I just refound my page. I am about to graduate in august with my bachelors in social work. I started this in highschool at 184. I am currently 167, 3 lbs away from 20 lbs! I am going to try to upkeep this. It is funny to look back at my journey and previous blog entries from this. I was 18/19 and am now almost 22. Feel free to add me as a friend, message me, etc!

-To feel more confident with myself and my body -To weigh a size 9 jean -To be able to shop where I want and not be limited because of my size. -To be able to walk around campus and not be out of breath

I have no specific program. I work out when I feel like it, I am trying to cut out pop all together. I do allow myself one cheat day a week.



My Motivations: 1. Health 2. I don't want to feel fat and tired all the time 3. Smaller clothes and more places to shop 4. Smaller boobs, and more proportioned body 5. Clear up my skin 6. Feel good about myself when I go out 7. Prom 8. Find a boyfriend who likes me for me 9. Not feel so shy and awkward in social places. 10. Have people notice my weightloss 11. Being able to see my accomplishments 12. Being able to live the rest of my teen years and 20's to the fullest 13. Going to college next year and feeling great 14. Having children 15. Less laziness 16. Feel like the pretty friend 17. Pride 18. More energy
