Fitness is something I find challenging until I started setting goals here on SP. I love my mini gym! Over the years, I have owned 4 types of machines right in my own basement , a Weslo's Treadmill, Ab doer, Ab Lounge & Ab Rowing Machine. I am however, missing an Elliptical which I would love to have one of these days. The rest of my gadgets are the bean bag with 3 types of stretch bands, a 5.5 ball, jumping rope and our stairs.

This has been my 12th interesting week. My realistic goal for this month is to aim for 3-3.5 miles a day instead of my initial 2- 2.5 miles/day. I'm very optimistic I would drop another lb or two at least. The only thing I'm concerned currently is my ankle since I started walking/jogging 2 months ago. It seemed like I sprained it but the pain goes off and on. So we'll see. What's your story?

Fitness Minutes: 5,484

My Goals:
1) exercise at least 30 min. to an hr or so, that's
15 minutes of abdominal crunch, 30 minutes of walking/jogging, 5 min of strength training, 10-20 min more of cardio 3) drink 8 c of water.

My Program:
Spark's Coach Nicole's workout Program for minimum of 10-30 min. combining strength training, stretching with bands, and relaxation plus 15 minutes Ab workout/crunches with ball/ab lounge
Low impact Cardio/walk for minimum of 25 minutes, 1.2 miles to 2.7 miles. Some days, it's a
Treadmill workout for 10- 30 minutes.
Total Calories Burn: 70-220 calories/day

    Hi, big misunderstanding. My mom is retired and living in
    Texas with dad. Doing okay right now she has a little tummy
    problem but under doctor's care to treat it.We miss them
