I lost about 70 pounds back in 2013. Slowly, I regained them all back. So here we go again!
I'm experimenting with a Keto, low FODMAP diet to start feeling better. I also have a appointment to get started with Pulmonary Rehab early in August.
Hard work but it'll be worth it!

1.. walk, walk, walk
2. strength training
3 eat right with lots of vegetables, fruit, fish, chicken
My Program:
I'm following a low FODMAP diet to improve my digestion. I'm also limiting carbs to fit within keto guidelines.
Personal Information:
I am Mom to two adult children and Grammy to three boys and one girl.
Other Information:
Hobbies include knitting, spinning, weaving and pottery.
