Introduction Text I need to loose 75 ponds ! I need to have support each day and I've tried 5 times in the last 10 years. All I ever loose is 25 #'s and then I regain it by then end of two years.

Besides loosing weight, I want to stabilize my balance. I've had 2 BAD falls in 2009 and several in prior years.

At the moment, I'm re-couperating from knee surgery done 0n 11-18-09. My program is PT at home after a month with a Therapist. I will probably go back to Therapy in Feb.

I was born in Detroit, MI. Have lived in N Fl. since '72. I have 2 daughters, 4 grand-children and I am married.

I LOVE TO SWIM. Spent my summers at the "shore" in Jersey with my mother's family. She had a large family and I loved it ! My Dad was an only child, but his parents spent so MUCH special time with us. Great Life !
