Introduction Text Hello! I have 140 pounds to lose and am ready to lose this evil twin that decided to attach itself to me!

I want to lose 140 pounds and get rid of this negative person that I am carrying around. I also want to feel better about myself and look and feel like a million bucks!

I have started using the SlimFast Optima program and am doing fairly well with it. I have a treadmill now and started using it last night. I only did 10 minutes, but am working myself up to a full 30.

My name is Linda, I am 37 years old and live in Ocala Florida. My e-mail is floridasunshine@comcast.net. I am trying to lose weight for health reasons and to look and feel better about myself. I live with my mother who is disabled and our zoo of 4-legged monsters. I have lived in Florida now for 2 years and just love it.
