I am a grandmother who loves to meditate ,walk,camp and garden! I LOVE gardening and My roses!! I just came back to SP,but this time Iam already at the gym and so in the mood for change.Iam loving my workouts and eating low carb,and looking for a belly dance class!Wish me luck!(again,LOL)

Well,here I am now......................dont know what finally happen,but I have really got it in my mind now,this is it.I have been changing my eating habits and doing great. My problem has always been,if I didnt loos 10 pounds right away,Id get discouraged.So,every time I loose 1 pound or 2,I grab a pound of ground beef from the freezer,and think of that as being gone from my body!!!Sounds silly,but its working !!!Try it!!!!

My Goals:
My long term goal is to loose 35 pounds,not only to look better but mostly to feel better and not hurt like I do.I want to go slow and pay close attention to my pain as I hope the weight loos will improve it.I refuse to go on pain meds!

My Program:
I workout 3x's a week with weights at my local gym and try to walk on the other days.My calorie intake is around 1200 to 1400....try to keep my carbs around 100-130 daily. The hardest task for me is trying to get enough fiber in my diet,but Iam working on it. I can't believe anyone would pay for WW,when we have this wonderful site,LOVE SP!

Personal Information:
I am from a small town in Northern Kentucky,Walton.I share a mother-daughter home with my only daughter......and my hubby and I have an RV for getaways!

Other Information:
"You never know how strong you are,untill you are forced to realize it". In 1989 my oldest child,my son Neal was killed in a fatal car accident,along with 2 of his friends.Neal was 19.It changed the lives of myself and my 3 other children forever.
