Introduction Text Hi my name is Linda and I'm 29 years old. I really hope this site can help me keep track of my goals and lose weight. I want to be able to be happy with the way I look so that I can have some self confidence. Also so that when I walk into a room Im not worried about weather or not there will be a chair that I won't break or get stuck in. I have no idea how I allowed myself to get to such and unhealthy weight but I aim to change it. Recently I have been selected to join the lose to win challenge for the Herald and Review newspaper. I have lost a total of 16lbs so far and my husband and daughter just got me a membership to a local gym.

I would like to lose 100 pounds. I want to be an athletic person who is to busy enjoying life to sit around on the couch and watch t.v.

So far I have started eating only at the kitchen counter and not on the couch watching t.v. I have exercise equipment but I dont use it. I want to use it and am seeking the gumption to get out there and just do it already.
