This is me, my husband and dog


I very often take my dog for bicycle runs. She loves to go down to the creek and swim. I've had her in agility and rally but haven't had her in these things since my neck surgery in December.
I'm working hard at trying to get back where I was. I've been back to the gym since May. I don't have the upper body strength that I had before. But I know I can do it.

Fitness Minutes: 14,250

My Goals:
I will make it to the gym at least 3 times weekly. I will get back down to 120 lb. I will take my dog out biking for at least 30 minutes 3-4 times weekly

My Program:
 I run my dog with my bike 3-4 times weekly for at least 30 minutes. I have faithfullu been back in the gym since May.I do spinning classes and body strength 2 times weekly and machines on day 3.


Personal Information:
I live in the northwest and it is beautiful here. I get cold in the winter because of the rain.I originally came from the southwest. The lord has been good to us and have enjoyed the beauty God has sculptured here.
