Introduction Text My name is Linda and I still want to lose another 40-50 pounds. I have lost in 2011 but no where near want I had hoped for so I need to log all my food in 2012 until I reach my goal. NEVER NEVER WILL I GIVE UP!!!!

My fitness goal is to be very fit and active for the next 40 years or as long as I'm on earth. So I workout and eat clean most of the time and over all feel good for 56 years old. My children are adults now with their own families and I want to fulfill my God given purpose while I’m here on earth and I believe it is to help others. I have been though so many different things in my life that I want to tell others I understand and you can over come anything if you believe you can!

I eat clean, lift weights 2 days a week, if you look at my friends, Scott is my trainer that I work out with. Ride my stationary bike at home 5-6 days a week.
