Update Nov 2011 : Hi! Names Doreena. Im 27 and looking to shed these extra pounds once and for all. I have spent my life yo-yoing with my weight. By joining this site im making a promise. A promise to let go of things that are making my life unhealthy and start living a more fufilling life. To put an end to bingeing on foods and alcohol drinks. This promise is for me to start getting 8hours of sleep every night, get my ass to the gym, or just out of the house in general and to start filling my body full of clean eats instead of junk. This promise Im making will change me into the person I wish to become. By taking one step at a time I will become more then I dreamed possible!!!

- Vegas!! Pool parties with sexy peeps everywhere and I want to be one of them! Bandage dress at the club, wearing shorts without cellulite, and tank tops without trunk arms.

- Fit in my clothes again. No more trying on clothes and hoping they fit. Everything will fit and getting ready to go out will be fun again.

- Camping at the lake in a bathing suit, being on the jetski, or trying to wake board with a healthy body. Floating the river with friends and getting out of the water without having to cover up!

-Look cuter/sexier in all my pictures. nuff said

-Confidence. I will be more outgoing if im more comfortable with my body. Having guys check me out will be a confidence boost and an ego boost for my man.

-Recieving compliments from people especially people I havent seen in a long time. Family, friends, exs...

- Clothes shopping will be more enjoyable if im not afraid i wont fit in things or look good in certain things. I will be able to pull off more outfits and sexy 'instyle' looks

-Being in control. Rememeber the beginning of 2009. Not wasting money on food binging. Finally feeling I had control over what I put in my month and how proud I was of working out as much as I did. Running a 10k in 53mins...

- To prove to me and others I can. I got close last time and fell of the wagon again. It doesnt have to be a yo yo cycle anymore. I can prove that I am stong enough and motivated enough to take control of my life prove I can!
