Let's get going....Hi, my name is Lillie. I just turned 36 in Aug. I have 3 children Jared 16, Ashlyn 12 and Kylie 34 months. So ever since having my first child the weight just piled on AFTER each and everyone of my kids. My Problem was never really gaining during pregnancy it was after. I assume comes from the fast paced life of being a mom and crappy eating habits.

WHY SHOULD I WORKOUT TODAY? (and really, if you're sick [headcold, trouble breathing etc...] this doesn't count. get better then get sweatier)
Ok, hon (tap, tap, tap) I know you're in there. Come out and let's talk. You don't FEEL like working out today? Why? What's wong baby?
Hah. Nope. those reasons aren't good enough for me, or you! Here are some reasons why you should workout:

You feel good when you workout.

You look good after your workouts. You have a great helathy glow.

You actually like the fact that you sweat like a pig and are really, really satisfied when your shirt is totally soaked!

You love you a lot and are doing this for you (guilt!).

You like the fact that you sleep well when you've worked out that day.

You love the feel of muscles under your skin.

You love seeing the newly bigger muscles move under your skin (shadows are your friends).

You love that you are getting stronger.

You love that you are getting fitter.

You love fitting into a size you haven't been in for years.

You love meeting goals.

You love surpassing goals!

You love motivating others, and its better to motivate them when you are doing it, too.

There is a part of you that wants to achieve your weight loss, and another part that is happy that you are on the road to achieving it!

You love cussing out your dvd's as you are moving through the moves those psycho, masochistic trainers 'make' you do.

You love the progress you make when you start an exercise move and later on you do it perfectly!

You know that whatever you eat, you put it in your mouth and you know you are accountable for it.

You like drinking water.

You (secretly) like the way that people are impressed with your weight loss and overall fitness now.

You like the way that the foods taste now, and have a love/hate/bloat relationship with salt.

You can SEE the differences in your body.

Little glipse about me....I'am 36 born and raised in Utah. I am happily married to my Jr high sweetheart. Yes Jr High. We have been together now 20 years. Woohoo! I had a bit of a hard time with family life. My dad and mom were both alcoholics. So I moved out when I was 15. I have three beautiful, smart, happy, healthy kids. I love my family so much they mean the world to me.


Other Information:
I'm not much of book reader. I love thumbing through mags and spend a lot of time on the internet.
My favroite type of music is country new and old. But I like hip hop and some rap and old rock and 80's music.

    I see your back at it again! Good job! I've been trying to lose again doing the Biggest Loser at work again and training for a triathlon and my biking again. It's hard work! But my weight loss is slowing down and it's getting really frustrating!!! LOL Anyway, keep up the good work! emoticon

    thanks for adding me.. i love chaleans it doesn't seem repetitive like slim in 6 did.. each day we do a diff dvd and i love working with weights.. You will find one you like and it will be easy to do every day.. good luck..and thanks for the comments

    Thanks for adding me as a friend :) I look forward to encouraging each other Hope your having a great weekend! I hope to relax tomorrow and maybe do a couple warm up routines, but then be ready to workout at least 20 min a day next week. I am coming up on my first real week of consistency with the wave so I will totally let you know. I can tell you this: SHOES are a MUST on the wave so make sure to have a great pair of workout shoes. I'll be getting back with you soon. Have a successful week :)
