My Program:
Monday 26th January 2015 I started the Zone. I am a going with 11 blocks a day but I am tracking this in Spark People nutrition tracker within the carb, fat & protein ranges that correspond with the Zone.

I practice CrossFit 5/6 x a week.

I cycle everywhere as my mode of transport.

As always I am trying to sleep more! 8hrs or more EVERY day. As I type now though I'm only slept 5 grrrr

Do other active activities that I love, such as cycling everyday, but also swimming and going for a walk at the weekends.

I apply methods from the book 'Skinny Thinking, by Laura Katleman-Prue.

Take time for myself.

Personal Information:
I am 38. I am British. I LOVE CrossFit, ashtanga yoga, cycling, swimming, spending time alone reading, watching movies. I can be shy but I am super friendly inside : )

Last year my husband asked me for a divorce so once again I am alone BUTI am determined to be stronger than ever She-ra style! ;)

Other Information:
I read 'Skinny Thinking' by Laura Katleman-Prue, and have found it super helpful alongside Sparkpeople and Sparkpeople coach. I know so much about food & nutrition and exercise I have made a career out of it! I want to continue to learn more and help others lead a healthier lifestyle and achieve their goals.

Thanks for the personal trainer! I am trying the Leslie Sanson's Walk Away the pounds 1 mile express. I found it on pinterest/youtube. I really do like it but I should try to find a strength/tone also. Balance them out.

Wow it's been so long! :) And yes I did start over completely. At one point I felt that starting over completely (with a new username and everything) would make me feel better about all the weight I've gained. Of course that isn't the case though, it never is. So how have you been? :)

Hey girl, thank you for the sparkgoodie! :)

The workouts were really hard and good. We do a skill some times, so today we figured out where we are at with muscle ups. Which I so can't do that. I can't even do a ring dip yet. So I'm having to do ring rows and box dips for now to work on that skill.
Last night we did 1 rep max snatch and workout was Thrusters and HSPU(on box). This morning was the muscle up skill and workout was 3 rounds of 15 hollow rocks, 12 hang squat cleans, 7 bar facing burpees. I had to scale most of it. I am scared to death to jump over things. So with the bar facing burpee you do a burpee then jump over your bar, I just stepped over it.
I'm not close to getting a box jump. Part of it is fear, the other I just can't do it.

    Knackered...haha you crack me up!

    How's it going today?
