Wow it's been so long! :) And yes I did start over completely. At one point I felt that starting over completely (with a new username and everything) would make me feel better about all the weight I've gained. Of course that isn't the case though, it never is. So how have you been? :) 2190 days ago

The workouts were really hard and good. We do a skill some times, so today we figured out where we are at with muscle ups. Which I so can't do that. I can't even do a ring dip yet. So I'm having to do ring rows and box dips for now to work on that skill. Last night we did 1 rep max snatch and workout was Thrusters and HSPU(on box). This morning was the muscle up skill and workout was 3 rounds of 15 hollow rocks, 12 hang squat cleans, 7 bar facing burpees. I had to scale most of it. I am scared to death to jump over things. So with the bar facing burpee you do a burpee then jump over your bar, I just stepped over it. I'm not close to getting a box jump. Part of it is fear, the other I just can't do it.
