I'm afraid I have no enlightening tales, no humorous anecdotes, no tear-jerking revelations. Its just little old me from a small town in Northern California. I've been struggling with my weight my entire life. I think I was most happiest with my body when I was around 10! Ever since then, its been an uphill battle of crash diets, extreme work outs, supplements, pills, binging and purging. Now, being around 20 lbs away from my ultimate goal, I hope to finally shed the weight and help people in their own weight loss journey. Here's to Skinny Dreams and Hard Body Wishes!

Fitness Minutes: 209

My Goals:
Drink at least 60 oz. of water a day

Eat breakfast every day

Don't eat past 8 p.m.

Exercise at least once a day.

Get around 8 hours of sleep a night


My Program:
I'm trying, DESPERATELY, to have a routine, to wake up to the bright early morning sunshine and think positive, beautiful thoughts, to go to work with a "can-do!" attitude, to eat three healthy meals with two snacks in between and gallons and gallons of water, to hit the gym with the best of them and come out two hours later feeling better than I did going in, and to finally, stop beating myself up if I fail at any of the above.



Personal Information:
Being a full time employee at a crazy law firm while trying to be an A student by day and a gourmet chef, amazing girlfriend, and fitness guru extrodinaire by night is hard work to say the least. Thank God for the little things in life (i.e. my saint of a boyfriend, the bestest friends and family, and my little puppy) to keep this girl at least a tiny bit sane.


Other Information:
When its all said and done, at the end of the day I realize that there is just so much more to learn and experience in life. Don't sweat the small stuff. It's okay to have bad/off days. And no matter what! DONT drown your sorrows in Ben and Jerry's Half Baked Ice Cream -no matter how much it resembles heaven in your mouth.
