Introduction Text I AM 25 NOW, and if I have learned one thing, its all up to me. Everything you do is a choice, you have a choice on if you will dwell, escape or move on. My upbringing is less than ideal, and so is my current situation, but now is my time, as it always was but I could never get past all the details. I get overwhelmed quite easily, so now is the time to do the things I need to do, because I can.

EAT HEALTHY for the most part don't yo yo, just balanced LOOK FIT and feel I look exactly the way i want STAY SOBER Don't go back to old habits KEEP IT UP AND MAKE IT TO THE END - I.E. THE BEGINNING

I am taking it one day at a time Getting enough sleep, waking up at a certain time, taking multi vitamins, eating healthy balanced meals that I enjoy. Everyday I do one extra thing, and it is gradually meeting all my goals.

I love the creative world we live in. I have a BFA specializing in Theatre & Development from Concordia University. I love to do anything creative, act, sew, paint, write, dance, build, etc. If I could do creative things for the rest of my life, then I would live a very happy life.
