Hey, I'm Lisa...40 something from Alabama. I was diagnosed with stage III breast cancer during my second and last pregnancy in 2005. My little baby girl, Lauren, went through a mastecomy and chemo before she debuted in March 2006. I then went through my final chemo and radiation. May 2007 I had my reconstruction surgery, thankfully it was successful.

My weight was down quite nicely for a while but in the last year and a half has blossomed back up to where I've never been ...

My weight was down quite nicely for a while but in the last year and a half has blossomed back up to where I've never been before. My goal is to get back to a good weight for myself and my body...fit into all those small clothes packed away at the top of my closet.

My Program:
 I will record what I eat daily.

I will exercise 5 days a week.

I will evaluate how I'm progressing every week.

I will weigh and measure to see my progress.

I will celebrate myself and my accomplishments.

Alabama girl, all my life. Live in the country with hubby and 2 beautiful daughters.
