My Goals:
Nutrition goal: 90% of meals from home instead of fast food
Fitness goal: 30 minutes of exersize every day
Weight-loss goal: 1 pound loss a week.

Re-assess in 1 month

 1800 calorie diet
3 300-400 cal meals/d w/
3 100-200 cal snacks

I am married with two children. I'm an RN. I work 2 jobs and am taking online classes.

My milestones:
Under 220:
217 (20 lb loss)
210
200 (not been there since 1999)
187 (50 lb loss)
175 (no longer obese)
150 (no longer overwt)
145 (GOAL)
137- would be 100 pounds loss. I will decide when I get to 145 if I am happy there.

Other Information:
 I l ove reading scifi/fantasy/historical romance and surfing on the web and playing with my kids.
I also like backyard chickens

    Still not sure why I passed out. I asked my endo about everything that has been happening and he's telling me that not one thing is related to my hypothyroid. So, I'm going to say it has to do with my anxiety for now and address it with my general doctor the next time I see her.

    Thanks for your concerns about Beri! I really appreciate it!

    As for the steroid therapy, she started having some adverse reactions to the steroids (mainly GI issues), so for the time being the vet took her off of that and we're medicating her to get her GI track back to "normal" for the time being. She'll probably go back on the steroids in the future, but after her GI track settles, and it'll be at a lower steroid dosage too.

    Thanks for the comments on my blog. Yeah, eating out can be a little tough just have to watch the menu.

    Yeah, we will see how the 1200 calorie diet goes, I'm just glad I will have more food choices than before. My other short term diet was had such limited choices.
