    B2W is the Balls 2 the Wall Challenge, that is a challenge until the end of summer to push yourself to the max. It's a challenge that Yoovie (if you aren't friends you can find her on my sparkpage) has been doing. I was going strong in the beginning, but illness and excuses got in the way. I plan to finish strong, and all you have to do is copy and paste the template and fill in with your answers and plan. You can also join the team, which is located on her sparkage as well.

    It's another way to get motivated and inspired. Suggestions and ideas are thrown out there and it's the indivduals job to push themselves as much or as little as they want. I need a little push today. You should stop by and check it out.

    Thanks for the comnent. I am not here much anymore. I should get back and try again. I want to lose about 15lbs before my daughter wedding in September. I am trying to eat healthy but the exercise is not happening so nothing is happening. Hope you stick to the plan, I am still trying
