Introduction Text Hi all my name is Letitia! I am 42 years old and have 23 years with the love of my life. We have four children- 3 of them grown, a son-in-law, and a granddaughter. I am a high school English teacher and I love my job, even when I have my worst days. My Savior is my guiding light and I do not know where I would be without him. I believe he is the reason I have decided to start this journey. I lost my dad this past year- and from there, it has been an incredible downward spiral. I eat anything and everything to keep me moving and I have stopped exercising. When we started back to school this year, I just stopped taking care of myself and I know that this must change. I have fought this battle with my weight my whole adult life. I have won and lost the fight so many times I have lost count. I am tired of being unhealthy and fat. I do not like photos of my body, but have decided this is what my family knows and they love me anyway. This is for me. I need to make these changes for me.

Food Lovers guidelines- eating small meals: 150-250 cal. per snack 250-450 cal per meal Eating every 2-3 hours for blood sugar control. Exercise- cardio 5-6 days a week and weight training 4 days a week 80 oz. water per day Vitamin, especially B12
