    Yes, I would recommend Tai Chi. It is offered thru the wellness center I joined. Before that, I had checked out the Senior Center in town and discovered it was being taught as part of their program. Even though, movements are very slow and controlled, you work leg/knee muscles till use to movements. I feel the difference it is starting to make in my balance. Check out local library for beginners videos to try at home. However, the group environment gives you an in-person opportunity for questions and advice as you need it to do moves. Am so blessed with my instructor. She comes on her own time to practice and invites whom ever wants to join her for more practice
