    SparkPeople has a lot of informative and inspiring articles, many times a bunch within a specific topic. If you go to the upper right (on desktop browser, I forget how it is on smart phones since I prefer to read them on desktop mode) and look for the "Search" icon (looks a bit like a magnifying glass), type in something like "SparkPeople bloggers articles and then whatever topic - like Non Scale Victories, or Plateaus or why am I not losing or exercise with an injury or whatever, and there will usually be many articles listed.

    Also, along the top horizontal frame, there's a column labeled "LEARN" and if you click on that, it shows a lot of categories, particularly farther down "Learning Centers" and "SparkPeople Blogs". So they will all help shed some insight as to better choices for you to consider.

    As always, don't feel bashful about asking questions!!

    I agree with all your comments especially to ignore the scale. I give the scale the power to determine my mood knowing full well that it does not tell the whole story. Perhaps I'm retaining water that day, perhaps I've gained muscle from working out
