Introduction Text My name is Eileen. I'm 25 years old and have been overweight the majority of my life. I recently found out I have Metabolic Syndrome which does cause problems for me when trying to lose weight. I don't expect to be super skinny. My goal is to be healthy, fit, and toned at whatever weight and size that might be. In college, through diet and exercise I lost 40 lbs. Within a year of being out in the real world, I gained it back. It's time for me to get back on track with my eating and weight.

Get off insulin medication! Fit into THAT dress! Look better naked! Live Longer! Keep my thighs from Rubbing!

Elliptical/Cardio 20 mins. a day for the first 2 weeks then 30 mins. a day after that Resistance Band Training 3x/week Yoga for flexibility and strength Belly Dancing for fun and muscle definition

Last March I was devastated when I weighed myself and realized I'd gained 15lbs. in 1 month! I couldn't understand why! I hadn't changed my diet, and I would know, mostly maintaining my weight for years! I didn't know what to do. I tried changing my eating habits here and there, but nothing happened. Then, this fall for whatever reason I lost some of that weight. Then, after having surgery to remove a tumor I lost another 7lbs. That was the motivation I needed to get back into working out and eating right. I've now lost the 15lbs. I gained back in March and I'm looking forward to losing more!

I might bruise easily but I sure as hell AIN'T gonna show it! Get ready Goldie Locks here I come!
