    Spark People is still and always free, but they do have a premium program, which several years ago I paid for. But I paid $29.99 for a lifetime membership, so well worth it! The advantage of the premium program is no adds, and they do have a coaching section you have access to, as well.

    Welcome to SparkPeople! I am also a diabetic, and I struggle daily staying on a healthy program. SparkPeople helps. I try to use the tools. I am going to start working out again soon. I also have been on the site for a long time, but have gotten away from it, and now I'm trying to follow a reasonable program to get back in the swing of things.
